Where will my order be delivered?
Shipping will be to the address provided during checkout. Please carefully verify the details before confirming your order: it is not possible to change the delivery address after processing.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your shipment in real-time.
👕 Personalization
Can I personalize the kit with a name and number?
Absolutely! You can enter the name and number during the order process. Personalization is included in the preparation phase, which takes 2–4 business days.
Can I change the personalization after ordering?
Changes are only possible within a few hours of confirmation, before production begins. Contact us immediately at ordini@allstarshop.it or via WhatsApp.
🔄 Returns and refunds
Can I return a personalized product?
Products personalized with a name and number are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects. If the product arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the defect.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Contact us via email at ordini@allstarshop.it or on WhatsApp at the number indicated on the page. We are available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
